ShoeDaddy offers Promotional Shipping as low as FREE if your ORDER QUALIFIES:
ONLY VALID in the CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES and EXCLUDES Alaska, Hawaii, and other U.S. territories.
MAY NOT BE COMBINED with any other offers unless explicitly noted.
Promotional Shipping will be automatically calculated during checkout, as appropriate. Promotional Shipping orders will be sent via the Ground shipping method. If you need your order faster, we offer quicker shipping methods.
Shipping Methods
ShoeDaddy offers a variety of shipping options to meet your needs. Delivery times also vary depending upon the final destination. We typically ship from our warehouse in California. Orders from in-state and from neighboring states often receive faster delivery.
Please note that all delivery times below are carrier delivery times and are after your order has been processed from our warehouse.
Please allow 2 to 3 business days processing time for orders shipped Ground. Next Day and Second Day orders are processed first and are subject to carrier pickup cut-off times. We ship Monday through Friday only, excluding holidays.
Additional delays can result, for example, in the case of suspected fraudulent orders pending verification. E-commerce fraud is an industry-wide problem, and we take care to protect all parties from fraudulent orders. Please be patient and respond to any order confirmation inquiries so that we can get your order out ASAP. Order tracking information will be sent once your order has been processed.

Shipping Locations
We ship only to locations within the United States. We do offer retail store location pickup. We encourage our customers to contact or visit their Local ShoeDaddy Store to find out if the merchandise is available first.
Tracking
Once we ship the items in your order, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number included. You may use that tracking number to monitor your order's transit.
As indicated above, please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays, and allow the appropriate time listed above to receive your order.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
ShoeDaddy is not responsible for lost or damaged items in transit. A shipping confirmation email is sent once your order is shipped. This email includes the order details with the tracking information to track your order. If the shipment tracking status shows 'Delivered' and the shipment is still 'lost' for reasons such as if the buyer is not available to recieve the package OR if the shipment is left at doorstep, ShoeDaddy is not responsible for the shipment becoming lost or stolen in these conditions. It is the buyer's responsibility to make proper arrangements for receiving the expected package.
In the event of lost shipments, our customer service team will help you file a claim with the shipping carrier. If your package is lost, please contact our Customer Service to help you file a claim with the shipping carrier. ShoeDaddy is not responsible for reimbursing any additional amount than what is covered by the shipping carrier.
